All sutlers/vendors are required to check in with Selena Goodin, The Event Coordinator or her representative, prior to set-up.
If you have a Living History Program that you would like the planning committee to consider as apart of the event's activities, please let us know.
The event pass must be kept on each person at all times as everyone onsite may be subject to present their event pass. When requested by either the Allison Woods Planning Committee or the Event Provost.
All reenactors/sutlers/vendors are to have a parking permit displayed in a visible manner on the vehicle dash and park in the designated areas.
No types of fires are to be left unattended.
