Things to Remember

  • All appropriate Reenactor registration fees must be paid with a list of participants by August 30. 2008.
  • All appropriate Sutler registration fees must be paid with a list of participants by June 30, 2008 due to limited space available.
  • All sutlers/vendors are required to check in with Selena Goodin, The Event Coordinator or her representative, prior to set-up. 
  • If you have a Living History Program that you would like the planning committee to consider as apart of the event's activities, please let us know.
  • The event pass must be kept on each person at all times as everyone onsite may be subject to present their event pass. When requested by either the Allison Woods Planning Committee or the Event Provost.
  • All reenactors/sutlers/vendors are to have a parking permit displayed in a visible manner on the vehicle dash and park in the designated areas.
  • No types of fires are to be left unattended.
  • Sutlers/vendors are requested to set up after 12:00 noon on Thursday before the event weekend. They are asked to be set up and open for business and vehicles removed by 8:00 AM Friday morning before School kids arrive.
  • No gas generators or loud music permitted.
  • No political material will be displayed, handed out or sold.
  • It is the sutler/vendor responsibility to provide the necessary amount of power extension cords.
  • All trash MUST be disposed of before leaving.
  • By completing a registration form and liability form, each participant agrees to comply with the Event Rules and Regulations.
